Our 30-day free trial includes full access to all Starter plan features, including RFID access control, panic button alerts, basic analytics, and mobile app access for up to 10 residents. No credit card required to start.
Our pricing is based on a fair per-resident model: Starter plan costs 2,000 RWF per resident/month, Professional plan costs 3,000 RWF per resident/month, and Premium plan costs 4,000 RWF per resident/month. The total monthly fee is calculated by multiplying the per-resident rate by the number of residents in your community.
Yes! The RFID Access Control System is included in all plans at no extra cost. This includes RFID cards, readers, and the software to manage access to buildings, electricity, and water based on payment status.
Each resident receives an RFID card linked to their account. When monthly payment is made, the card grants access to buildings, electricity, and water. If payment isn't received by the due date, access is automatically restricted until payment is made.
We'll notify you when you approach your plan's resident limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional resident slots at the same per-resident rate. All security features remain fully functional during this transition.
